22 February 2023, Sydney: SourseAI today announced a multi-year partnership with leading Australian MVNE and telco innovator, Isoton.
Isoton will harness SourseAI’s decision intelligence platform, Atlas, to power predictive analytics and customer experience tools for MNOs, MVNOs and sub-brands using their platform, enhancing the way they innovate, personalise and revolutionise their products, marketing and service experience.
Atlas’ powerful insights and decision intelligence capabilities will allow telco brands to optimise their KPIs, improving acquisition efficiency, reducing churn, and increasing yield and lifetime value.
Furthermore, the partnership will deliver rapid time to value, allowing a brand to be able to be up and running with a core MVNE platform, digital engagement, and powerful data science setup in less than four months.
